Our piano was in serious need of tuning and fixing keys that were sticking. I contacted Samuel to see if he was willing to work on our piano. He was. His online scheduling was easy to use. I received notifications reminding me of the appointment. He arrived on time. Samuel spent several hours tuning and cleaning our piano. He was patient and polite. His fee was reasonable. As agreed, Samuel returned three weeks later to do a second tuning, a follow-up tuning. The scheduling system worked well, we received notifications of the second appointment, and he arrived on time. Samuel patiently went through the tuning process again. I am very happy with the results.
